Director Finance, HR & Administration Central Europe

  • Responsible for the complete Central Europe Financial and Administrative departments (including IT). Team of 10 FTE’s
  • Co responsible for the daily management of the companies in Belgium (+/- 100 employees).
  • Coaching of all back office employees in PRG CE.
  • Setting up a set of reporting tools (actuals, forecasts,…).
  • Financial controlling, monitoring of costs and margins, reconciliation of accounts.
  • Responsible for monthly and annual closings and fiscal declarations. Reporting to the Management.
  • Contact with external Audit Firm (Grant Thornton) and banks, insurance companies and leasing company.
  • Fleet Manager.
  • Follow up on the complete and analytical accounting in US GAAP in Oracle.
  • Ad hoc analyses concerning different departments.
  • Making monthly forecasts and variancy analyses.
  • HR Management from A to Z.
