- Responsible for the complete Central Europe Financial and Administrative departments (including IT). Team of 10 FTE’s
- Co responsible for the daily management of the companies in Belgium (+/- 100 employees).
- Coaching of all back office employees in PRG CE.
- Setting up a set of reporting tools (actuals, forecasts,…).
- Financial controlling, monitoring of costs and margins, reconciliation of accounts.
- Responsible for monthly and annual closings and fiscal declarations. Reporting to the Management.
- Contact with external Audit Firm (Grant Thornton) and banks, insurance companies and leasing company.
- Fleet Manager.
- Follow up on the complete and analytical accounting in US GAAP in Oracle.
- Ad hoc analyses concerning different departments.
- Making monthly forecasts and variancy analyses.
- HR Management from A to Z.
