Finance & HR Manager Western Europe (Belgium, Holland, France & Germany)

• Responsible for the Financial and Administrative departments for the Belgian, Dutch, French and German entities. Team of 3 FTE’s
• Responsible for the complete accounting of the Western region in AX Dynamics in IFRS (16).
• Accounting A-Z for the German entity.
• Responsible for month end closing and fiscal declarations. Reporting to the Holding in Hyperion (HFM).
• Ad hoc reporting in Power BI.
• Financial controlling, monitoring of costs and margins, reconciliation of accounts.
• Contact with external Accounting firms in all the countries.
• HR & Payroll responsible for BE, NL and Ge, follow up on Corona measures in thes 3 countries.
• Communication 60% Dutch, 30% English, 5 % French and 5% German.
