Finance Manager

• Responsible for the Financial and Administrative department. Team of 2 FTE’s
• Coaching and training of the administrative employees (who don’t have a finance background).
• Responsible for the complete accounting of the entire Group in Exact online. Bringing the accounting standards to a higher level.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closings and fiscal declarations. Reporting to the CEO’s in Bright Analytics.
• Setting up cashflow reporting and other ad hoc reportings.
• Preparing the Annual Accounts for all entities.
• Setting up a new accounting in May 2019 (Aerts et Filot Labaratoires sprl) in AXI due to an acquisition.
• Financial controlling, monitoring of costs and margins, reconciliation of accounts.
• Contact with external Accounting firms (DNF, Vermetten).
• Ad hoc analyses concerning different departments.
• Communication 95% Dutch, 5% English.
