Financial Accounting Manager

  • Responsible for the Financial and Administrative department. Team of 5 FTE’s
  • Coaching of all Finance employees in Belgium, 5 FTE’s 4 companies.
  • Responsible for the complete and analytical accounting of 4 companies in AXI.
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closings and fiscal declarations. Reporting to the French Mother in SAP BFC (Viareport).
  • Preparing the Annual Accounts for all entities and the Annual Works Council for Cerba Healthcare Belgium.
  • Setting up a new accounting in May 2019 (Aerts et Filot Labaratoires sprl) in AXI due to an acquisition.
  • Financial controlling, monitoring of costs and margins, reconciliation of accounts.
  • Contact with external Audit Firm (PWC).
  • Ad hoc analyses concerning different departments.
  • Communication 70% Dutch, 25 % French, 5% English
